I like this idea because it is analogous to ship manufacturing; you need a lot of tritanium to build a battleship, and while it can be found even in 1.0 it is the bottleneck to production. You simply need a ton of it to build anything. So why not...

Well sure, with all V skills it looks great on paper. Are you really going to launch drones of mixed sizes though? Heavies will have trouble keeping pace with other cruisers in particular.
